Parterners
How many of you guys hunt or fish with parterners? I've been taking a friend that in school he wants to be a big hunter and fishermen. He was all geared up ready to go during school. He is 3 hours late tonight. Sorry guys just venting, but how many of you guys acutally hunt or fish with parterners.

Always been me and my brother. His wife loves to gun hunt deer and fish, but anyone else we've hunted with over the years have been drunks, idiots, or both.

My buddy and I hunt together somewhat. We just show up on the land timed or not and just link up while texting in the stands or not show up at all.
I know what your feeling though when someone doesn't take it as seriously as you do or had something come up but, are failing to inform you of that and just be late to avoid telling you the real reason.

I never take anyone with me when I'm doing anything outdoors. I prefer to be alone. I don't want anyone learning my secrets, especially how I shed hunt.

Leave the apple alone Adam....... now you know where you stand against that issue. Look at it as a buck in rut, "you know what stupid" is all. Keep on with the keep'n on from now on my man.

Good point Ghostman. At least he offered to pull the sled in the morining. May have to circle the lake a couple of times to find that right spot.

What time is morning for him Bryce? 12 1:00pm? Let him chase you now like he was doing tonight to make up for it.

It is pretty late in the moring I know. Go down and set up and then call him and tell the fish are bitting like crazy where are you. Good thing I haven't told him the name of the lake in the morining.

Re: Parterners
It's hard to find someone who hunts the way I do, so I bowhunt by myself anymore. After the last couple of seasons of rifle here I am making changes to who gets to hunt next year on my ground, I have a idiot married into the family that has sighted in his deer rifle from his tree stand the week before the opener which is prime bow hunting on the farm,if you can imagine sitting in your bow stand the last hour of light and a Moran cuts loose with a 308 and shoots a whole box of shells at targets he has put all over the corn field I was hunting. To say we had words is a understatement. New locks on the gates and there gone. People get complacent and over step there bounds and the rules, this same guy took one of my acorn cams home and tried to look at the pics but could not get passed the password so he put the cam back but missed the tree I had put the cam in by 20 yards and the cam took 220 pics of him and his house . Hard for him to lie his way out of that so good bye brothers brother in law.
