How do you know if you got a hard cam or a medium cam? Trying to figure out what spine I should use for arrows.

All of the major companies should have a calculating system on their site. With all the single and hybrid cams on bows, I thought the hard/medium/soft cam was a thing of the past.

I think bears are all single cam bows, so I would go with med to hard cam charts because over spine is more forgiving of a setup and better to tune.
