Did a little experiment last night.....
I have been having issues with my Moultrie. I love how bright the pictures are but it seems that the sensors are not sensitive at all....
So, I moved my Bushnell Trophy Cam XLT across from the moultrie last night to see what I was not getting pics of. When I pulled cards today, I was astonished...
On the card that came out of the Moultrie.... 208 Pictures.
On the card that came out of the Bushy..... 1208 Pictures!!!!

cool pics, Thats a huge difference in the pics. Were most of them animals or twigs?

Most of them were animals... A couple of them not much was the IR flash.....

BIG difference!! I love the pictures the moultries take, but the sensing seems to always be the downside to the moulries.

My 2011 m80's have no problem keeping up with my Wgi micro 6's when ran head to head. The micros will take a few more bird and false pics, but equal on deer. The 2011 m80's do miss a walking deer every once and awhile.
When testing cams head to head it's always best to put them on top of each other or side by side, but sounds like your xt needs replaced if it's still under warranty.

Sorry to hear that tcg, i loved the pics from that Moultrie. Worst thing I have ever done in the cam world is to stack cams in the exact same spot to see the difference

Not a problem when doing a double duty, picture and video or a massive mega group set.

I hope so too as I like those night blasters you post TCG. I hard set those WGI's so much it didn't work anymore and they were boxed up and sent to Wolvenkinde a buddy in Northern Michigan for decoy cameras.

Re: Did a little experiment last night.....
I have two bushnell 436's I put on the same tree in the front yard, both cams with the same settings ,both new battery's and new sd cards . One of the 436 got almost 50 pics per day more then the other on three different sets... Not all cams are equal even one serial number apart brand new out of the box.
But I will say I have seen deer stand right in front of my m80 cams and not take a pics. I now use them in high risk areas and for decoy cams
