Finally got the homebrew back out!

Post by ray12 on Fri Oct 11, 2013 4:33 pm

Early this spring i had some coons bite a hole into my j10's sensor lense and so i sent it down to jeff to fix! when I got it back i could not find the mount that i need to set up the camera so its been laying in my room almost the whole summer! Finally found the tree mount for the camera and so i set the camera back out this evening!!!!   real cool spot with lots of deer action and nice fall colors!!

I did re-adjust the camera inside the case after i took this picture!

Hope to post some pictures within a week or two!

How do you attach it to the tree?

Theres a little screw in mount that i have to put in the tree and then on the back of the camera theres a mount that slips onto the tree mount The mount on the tree looks like a U then the other one is the same just a little smaller in width. it slips right in and wont fall off!

I gotcha. I'm using one in the link I posted for my D55IR. So much easier than a strap.
