rained tonight!!

was out on the stand with a climbing treestand and i seen a storm was brewing behind me but i didn't think that it was going to be to bad and all of a sudden the wind picked up and it was pouring!! the top of the tree that i was in snapped of and fell   it could have been bad !! Need less to say i scurried down the tree and left the stand right where it was and got the heck outa the woods!! It was a solid tree shouldnt have snapped the top off that easy!!


If its windy guys stay out of the woods!!

Good Lord!!! That'll make your heart jump out of your chest. Glad you're alright, that could've been ugly. That rain was here the first half of the day on Sat. No wind, just 2 1/2in of rain. Got soaked putting out more wheat and setting up a ground blind.

It did scare me that's for sure
