FIRST ROBIN HOOD!
Just got my first robin hood, and the cool thing was, was that i tried it. First arrow went straight into the bullseye, second one went into it. 10 yards, might not seem like a big feat but i shoot a recurve without sights, anyway, just sayin.

Sounds like your pretty accurate with that bow!! Hope you get a chance at a deer with it!!
Re: FIRST ROBIN HOOD!
I've done 1 so far this year. It was also at 10yrds, but I Have sights.
To do that while trying, and without sights is pretty good IMO
Congrats

Nice. Got any pictures. Shafted an arrow 3 times in my life. All at twenty yards. Once was the first time i shot my brothers bow. Totally uncomfortable shots. Draw length was too long. First two shots though. I was abounding in luck that day.

I was kinda shocked when it happened cuz i hadn't been shootin very well. Nothin really to show but a busted nock and end of an arrow, but i might put up some pics.

Doubt I could hit the broadside of a barn with a recurve. The cost of arrows is the reason I only shoot one at a time. I'll give ya trick shot to try. Set a lit candle an arrows length in front of your target. Now put the flame out using the wind coming off your fletching. Need to shoot just above the flame to do it and don't hit the candle.

I tried the candle shot, got it on about the fifth try, guess i'm on a role this weekend. Now to see if i can put a deer in the freezer tonight.
