Rain !!

I have a few days off of work but of course it just has to rain every day!! High winds cold temps and rain!! I doubt i will get out in the woods!! Its a bummer but i guess nothing ever turns out perfect!!! anyone else not gona be hunting the next few days??

Galen. Get out in the woods. Deer will be out. If you got a swamp they will be pushed out by flooding. Sit where you know a nocturnal buck lives. It will move sometime and it will probably be during the day because that is when he will feel safer.

I agree hunt! Sounds like a good time to ground blind hunt.

Well Today isnt to bad its raining but not pouring!! If its like this tomorrow i will hunt!!

Doesnt sound to good for tomorrow though!! steady winds at 29 mph and 100% for rainall day and a high of 47 doesnt look good at all!!!

Catch those lull's in the rain and the deer will be on their feet moving and feeding. This time of year you need to be out there as much as possible. Can't kill them setting in the house. Unless it's a gully washer, get out there. I've got warm southwest winds starting tomorrow, so I'm shut down until the next cold front turns the wind back to the north.

Well the boss man says we cant work untill friday! so i will try and hunt a few of my days off!!
