Caught a muddy raccoon!! But he cleaned up real good! ( gotta love the Dog proof traps!! no damage to the legs of coons and you wont have to worry about catching any pets that might be around!)

Cool, how long does it take to get the skunk smell off your hands?

We have a local hunting show on the radio here Mon afternoons and this week it was about trapping. Said coon's were 9 bucks here and they talked about your pet proof trap. Wildideaarchery.com has past shows and may get this one on in the future. The radio show section of the site is down now but should be up before long.

Well this skunk didnt smell at all but usually if you shower is comes off .. if i catch one in a foothold trap the trap smells for long!! last caught one 3 years ago and that trap still has a smell lol but i gave it a bath in lye now its not near as bad! I had the trap in a creek for 1 year and it didnt help at all!
