Deep South Corvette - Good friend of the family's shop
My wife grew up in South Ga. just outside Tallahassee, Fl. Her girlfriend married a school friend which later started his own high performance modification shop. This isn't your average hot rod car repair shop as your about to see. I visit him every time we head home. He specializes in vette's and vipers. The vette's and vipers when modified have an average horsepower of 1200. You read that correctly, 1200 big ones! One picture is his dyno roller rated at 1200 horsepower. He's had to increase the dyno's max as he's doing some other stuff with cars that will have them doing more than that! WOW.
Some doctors and lawyers own the Ford GT, Real Shelby Cobra (with the number on it)and 1 viper in the shop.
Our friend owns 5 vettes,4 vipers and the kit style Shelby Cobra. Carroll Shelby just died prior to taking these pictures. The racing Shelby was worth 1.5 million dollars and is still raced occasionally. Our buddy says you have to be real meticulous when working on it like rubber gloves, placing things on towels etc. He hates that. He fired up a viper in the shop and I can't explain how that thing sounded camming and rumbling. I was impressed say the least. I'll take more pic's when I visit because I didn't take any of the vette's or vipers, imagine that!.
FORD GT 500
REAL RACING SHELBY COBRA
SHELBY COBRA REPLICA (I like this better)
1200 HORSE POWER DYNO (UPGRADED SINCE PIC WAS TAKEN)

I wish I could've had any of the ones in his shop. The vette's and vipers in there I never took photo's of. That Viper when running was unbelievable I swear. You can't hide money can ya?

That place was a candy land for car lovers. A over paid lawyer in Atlanta, Ga. owned that car. I'm surprised mrtrailcam hasn't chimed in on this, it's right up his alley!
