Being a gearhead you must've liked my friends high performance shop in South Ga.I posted. Another spoiled $$$ buddy of mine has 4 or 5 boats they run like scalded apes on the lakes and did this run last year. I know he has a Allison and some other fast A$$ outboards. They hit 120 125mph but, he says it can be a handful at times. I must be the poor guy in the group as I just watch and ride. Here's one of the videos.

I'm not into boats really. I like seeing others fast stuff. My buddy had a drag boat with a V8 in it similar to yours. He said that thing was outa control and would stand darn near straight up when launching out on plane.
You guys can have that need for speed, I'll watch ya from the shore or a boat that's going nice and easy in the water.
I remember as a young man living in Michigan, we would go down to the Detroit river and watch power boat races.
Just be careful out there as anything can happen as your aware of already I'm sure after 30 years.
