Great Day Shed Hunting Today!

I recently had cataract surgery and will not be able to do any heavy lifting for two weeks. It's a great excuse to get out and put the old boots to the dirt and do some serious shed hunting. I hiked to a place I've been going in and shed hunting with zero luck for the past three years. Today was different. I was rewarded with 3 sheds. All 3 point sheds. Small but I'll take anything I can get my grubby hands on! I walked 3.4 miles and it took 3 hours.

I cant ever seem to find any sheds!

You gotta know where to look and what the deer are eating.

Today I walked 5.7 miles in three hours and only found a small spike horn. I'll take what I can get. At least I didn't get skunked.

I am not lucky when it comes to sheds,been working with my dog,she can find them just not bringing them back yet.

How do you get a dog to find sheds? always wondered!
