'Nother Waterin' Hole Set (D55IR)

I wish I set over watering holes earlier in my trail camera career. I just started this summer and now I'm hooked. In this set, I'm using my el cheapo D55IR. It's on public land unlocked on a metal pipe. When it gets stolen I won't mind too much. I will never put any of my high end cams here.

Great pics! I'm a big fan of water. I've been running a cam on a water trough 24/7 for 5 years. I've found the deer will use a trough more than a pond. Have found this to be true on multiple properties. I just moved one to the edge of a plot and we'll see if the deer use it or if I have to move it back to where I had it. I've found that deer will drink heavy in the cold if the water is not frozen over, if frozen they'll lick on the ice. Deer can survive without plots, minerals, and tsi, but water is the one thing every deer must have.

Verry nice setup I always liked water setups unfortunately I don't have allot of chances to set a cam on a water source!
