Ray asked in another thread, How far out do you normally shoot a deer from here? I had these pic's from 2 yrs ago. The first pics show how foggy it was when the sun came up and the fog was present when I took down these 2 bucks. I wouldn't have shot the tall rack buck but, we had a old grandpa buck that was looking skinny and traveled this path and had a tall rack but he was a 8pt. Anyway, the fog made it difficult to be able to see the point count or if it was him. This take down was approx. 250 yards away from the stand. The teenie tiny white dot was the one bucks under belly. The other buck was a mutt bloodline looking one and needed taken out anyway.
