Pike fishing
I was out their before light this moring planning on being the first person there. We were driving the farm truck so it has no thermoter, so we just keep going thinking that as soon as the sun comes up it will get warmer. I drilled the first hole and it was like boiling water their was so much steam coming up the hole. Of course the minnow got stuck on the ice so my hands got wet and were numb in a couple of seconds. As the day went on it never got warmer it got colder with the wind, and to top it all off we didn't even get one bite. So whats the coldest you guys ever go out fishing or hunting in? Funny thing is I'm all geared up ready to go tommorrow.

Re: Pike fishing
Never fished in the cold. Maybe upper 40's to start the morning. Have bow hunted below zero, when it used to get below zero (not that I'm complaining).
