I've always wondered on most every site I post on that nobody ever posts their trail cam set on the tree etc. I'm under the impression everybody's all worried about someone seeing the post and then stealing their cameras.

It doesn't really make any difference really as they'll whack that box or cam off the tree etc. if they find 90% of the time anyway so why the big secret?

Anyway, I went to the cams today for a freshen up and decided to cover and conceal the H70 in it's setting with what was native around it. This won't stop the theft but, will help hide it unless it flashes or is walked right up on. This little creek is deep on the property and not any where near the theft of the W220 was. This area has bamboo everywhere so I used the machete and whacked down some 15 yards away and shoved them into the soft moist soil where it will stay hydrated and colorful for weeks.

That rig would last less than a second where I live. A knuckle-dragging, mouth-breathing bum would steal it.
What's that on the left? A machete and a back pack?

Sure they would. I was showing the C&C techniques here not a secure lock down device. Folks just don't aimlessly wander on private property out here from the fear of being shot. I won't say it can't happen but, the risk is way decreased down here than your overpopulated isle up there.

That is a machete you see and a sprayer for applying that Code Blue corn juice goop. The Zuki is in the backdrop.
