mouth calls

Do any of you use them? I can call turkeys with my mouth naturally but by the end of the season my throat hurts so much I cant talk. I bought a pack of them and cant figure out how the heck to use them. Does the bump on the call go up or down. Also is their any tips you could give me.

You can buy calls that dont have the bump on them but the bump makes it easier. the bump goes up! and try and pinch it up against the roof of your mouth with your tounge and blow air out ! I cant really explain it but once you have it its real easy!!
