Sad twist of fate.

Well, over the summer we have had two fawns that hang out early evening in our yard. I've been playing basketball outside and they will stand at fifty yards away eating. It was cool to have deer up that close so regularly. Anyway recently they stopped coming out and we didn't know what happened. we would occasionally see one of them running like it scared across our yard. Then the other day i was going across the road to scout and i looked in the ditch and there lay one of the fawns. Needless to say that we were sad, and dissapointed we wouldn't see them again. I just hate that getting hit on the road business. It ruins so many good deer. I got some pics of them maybe i'll post later.

Thats to bad! I always like to see them around!!

had a few that i saw every time i would go on a walk they would stand on the road untill you got to about 25 yrds then they would run in the corn but just a few rows then they would watch you when you would walkby just thought that it was cool

Also love to have the little guys around
