G5 has great Customer service!

I recently bought a few of there T3 broadheads and i had one of them break for me while i was shooting it at the target (with the practice blades) and i called in and asked if they could replace the broadhead and they said that there sorry that it broke and we will get you a new one out as soon as we can then 1 day later a brand new 3 pack of broadheads showed up at my door ! deffinately going to buy from them again!! They make a great product and they stand behind it!

I know magnus does the same thing. all you have to do is send in your broken or bent broadhead and they'll send you some.

That's an odd place for a head to break. Glad they gave you 40 bucks worth of broadhead for free. Rage claims 'get your game or get your money back', but I've not heard of anyone trying to hold them to that claim.

yeah i thought it was weird that it broke down there!
