Buck scrapes
Is anyone else starting to find them around?? I seen a totall of 5 when i went hunting this morning to bad nothing came by to check them though !
Re: Buck scrapes
Nope. Never have many scrapes around here. Think it's because we don't have many bucks and very few are over 3yrs. When you find one it's like a rub. They make it and don't come back to it. I'm getting zero buck pics now, but have seen the most deer I've seen since '89 when I was a kid driving through the field with grandpa. Most are fawns and yearling doe's, but it's cool to have 11 deer 5-20yds eating in front of your ground blind. I'm worried someone could be killing the bucks, but I'll wait til the end of Oct before I 'pound the alarm'.
