This is the power line shots. We have 2 stands on this line and use high power rifles here. The tent blind is just 50 yards in the planted pines from here. Nobody hunts the tent if the power line stands are used for obvious reasons.

wow looks like you have a long range of view!! whats the average distance you shoot deer from here?

Looking at the last pic Ray, count 3 humps and that's as far as I've shot one with my 300WSM. The deer come out of the planted pines on the right side of the picture in between the 2nd and 3rd hump.

When in the stand which is on the left tree line behind you, your able to see in that low cut.

Well we have a few places like that in Ohio but we are limited to our Shotguns wich dont do the best after 120 yrds lol

lol well i guess its not to bad since most of the shots are going to be close anyhow and theres allot off houses in ohio so its less of a chance of hitting one! but it sure would be nice to be able to use rifles!!

I know what your up against. When I grew up in Michigan we could only use rifles in the upper part and shotguns below Bay City if I remember correctly. That was in the late 70's early 80's. Remember those good ole days?
