Minnows

Got any good tricks to keep them alive.Bought a bunch for the weekend and the northern weren't bitting so I got allot left over. I put them in my fish tank for now seems like they are doing well.

I've done that before, and they lasted a while in there, but didn't last as long as gold fish

You ever use a minnow trap to store them in a stream or tidal pond?

Thanks for the idea.Going to try that this summer. Has anybody ever trapped minnows with them. Last year I took a 2 L soda bottle and cut the top off. Then I took the top off and stuffed it in the bottle and stapled it on. Then I put a dog food in it and caught allot of tad poles and minnows.

I usually use a minnow trap to keep them alive! it works great!! just tye them off to something solid coon like to mess with them to!
