Tranny Problems Empty Tranny Problems

This question is for you mechanics out there. We have an 02' dodge Durango that just recently the transmission started slipping.It's always been taken care of and never driven hard. It only slips when the tranny warms up, it also wont go into drive. If it sits overnight and cools down everything works flawlessly. We're thinking it needs new oil or a solenoid went bad. Any other ideas? Were NOT doing a flush or new filters.
