Not to long ago there was 11 acres of land put up in an auction close to where my grandma lives. This was just field NO tree's or houses at all. Anyone wanna take a guess on what the winning bid was? mrgreen

Rich, your the closest, but still way off. It went for over 310,000k Shocked

Which is $28,181 an acre....

It was an amish guy who got it. Around here they drive up the prices, even if they don't want the property that much. Some just get it so others don't. The county was also bidding on it, because they wanted to build a new township house on it, but that didn't happen....
