8 sheds and 2 dead today

Do you think the dead one's you find are mostly hunter related deaths or disease?

most are hunter related. that big one from today i believe is from old age. he was an old deer. i knew he died just did not know where until today.

Again , Great finds and that is a shame with all those dead deer !

71 1/8 right side 70 left side. holding them looks like he was 19-20 inside would put him right at 160-161 geoss

those last 2 are match and if you look in the background of each pic dead over the foreground shed you will see the other. they was 10-12 feet apart

went out today. horrible few hours. found 1 dink 3 point. think someone beat me there. also had 2 ticks on me. be careful out there guys!

Good looking little shed! And those little guys are a nightmare !

Ticks are up and crawling here to. Do you have a certain date set when you'll stop shed hunting or do you go until the vegetation greens up to much?

usually green up. it is just starting to pop leaves on the bushes but i will stop by next weds. leave for kansas on thursday morning. of course i might just shed hunt there instead of turkey hunting lol.

check these out guys. they are last years sheds. but they look familiar huh. only 2 i found today

hope you all enjoyed the pics. i wrapped it up last week. 89 sheds and 16 dead racked bucks. been getting stuff ready for kansas turkeys.

That's an impressive 1 season total! Good luck in Kansas!
